We accept all major credit cards/ debit cards (Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover), and Paypal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. All purchases are immediately billed.
All shipping items are sent via USPS or UPS within 8 – 14 business days after the order is processed for ECONOMY shipping and 5-7 business days for EXPEDITED shipping, unless otherwise noted. Tracking information is automatically emailed to customer once shipped. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 days. This doesn’t happen often, but it can happen. If the shipping address is different from the address provided through checkout, please contact Marcie@MarcieThomasStudios.com immediately after payment.
All items are carefully packaged & secured during shipment to avoid shipping damages. If there are any shipment damages, the incident must be communicated to Marcie@MarcieThomasStudios.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. If an item does not arrive within the allotted time frame, please contact us via email for resolution.
RETURN / DAMAGED ITEM(S) POLICY:
Discounted/Sales/Clearance items are final sale.
Returns: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 20 days of the delivery of your product. After which, you have an additional 5 days to physically return the item(s) back and provide us the tracking number for REPLACEMENT or REFUND. After 20 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered). Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied and returned to sender.
Buyer is responsible for contacting Marcie@MarcieThomasStudios.com to initiate return process.
Buyer is responsible for charges with shipping item(s) back. If the item is replaced, re-shipment charges will be waived.
Damages: If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product. Based on the damages:
- A ) We will send a Prepaid return authorization label to allow you to return the item(s) back to us within 3 days of receiving the Prepaid label. Once received, we will fix the item and mail it back to you free of charge.
- B ) Or, based on the damage shown in the picture, we will send a replacement of the damaged item if it is still available. If the item is not available we will issue a store credit of the amount paid.
Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
